About Patrick Lecuyer

Patrick Lecuyer is a seasoned IT Professional based in Montreal, Canada. Growing up, he started programming on his Commodore64 at the age of 7. By the time he was 13, Patrick had crafted his very first online game.

Today, Patrick is living his childhood dream as a Customer Engineering Manager for Google Cloud. He is also a teacher at École Polytechnique De Montréal and McGill University, where he has played a key role in building their entire cybersecurity curriculum. Prior to his current ventures, Patrick was Vice President & Global Cloud Security Architecture Lead for Morgan Stanley.

When he isn’t creating or optimizing security programs, Patrick enjoys listening to music of all kinds and playing board games with his son and daughter.
