Cancellation & Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please email email@example.com. If a cancellation/refund request is made more than 10 business days prior to an event, we will refund the full amount of the registration fee paid. If the cancellation/refund request is received between 10 and 3 business days prior to an event, we will refund the paid registration fee less a cancellation charge of $25.00. If the cancellation/refund request is received within 3 business days of the event, no refunds will be given.
Substitutions may be made at any time until the event. Substitutions of a non-member for a member may result in additional non-member fees being charged.
a. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information.
We collect personally identifiable information about you only when you voluntarily provide such information. Personally identifiable information is any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual and any other information about that individual.
b. Use of Personally Identifiable Information.
We will not sell, transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without your prior consent (except as may be required by law). This means that we will never disclose your information including name, email address, street address or phone number to third parties not affiliated with the WCISC or the sponsoring organization, the ISACA Winnipeg Chapter, without your consent. We may use your personally identifiable information only to tailor your experience at this website, to compile and display content and information that we think you might be interested in or to provide you information related to future conferences and other ISACA Winnipeg Chapter activities.
We reserve the right to perform statistical analysis of user behavior (on an aggregate basis) in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site.
